Overview

Data Administrator

Pay: £13.95 per hour, 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Location: Northampton, One Angel Square NN1 1ED - Office based only

Length: 12 weeks

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council for a Data Administrator to join their Children Services Admin team to provide support with data entry for implementation of new case management system.

You will provide comprehensive, flexible and efficient administrative support to a key service area of West Northamptonshire Council. The post holder will be expected to liaise with colleagues to ensure that work assigned is delivered on brief, within the required timescales and meets service objectives.

We are looking for an experienced Data Administrator who has demonstrable experience of carrying out a range of administrative/secretarial procedures and tasks, collaborates well with others and is flexible in their approach to meet the demands of the post and team, resilient with a high level of IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly.
