Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Deephams
Salary: £32,000

Join our mission to reduce water loss and improve data accuracy across Thames Water’s network.

Hydrosave is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator to join our team on the Thames Water Leakage
Framework. In this critical role, you’ll be identifying areas where water is being legally or illegally consumed but not
accurately captured in the company’s Water Balance.

What’s the role:

· Analyse District Metered Areas (DMAs) to detect unaccounted for water or data integrity issues.

· Compare Thames Water system data with property and network records (Netbase, GIS, CMOS, C4C/ISU).

· Plan and coordinate field investigations with technician teams.

· Produce resolution plans and track actions through to completion.

· Prepare weekly internal and client-facing reports.

· Collaborate with the Leakage Optimisation Team and other workstreams to share insights and findings.

What you will need:

· Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced user) and familiarity with data visualisation techniques.

· Experience or knowledge of Power BI / Power Query (desirable).

· Understanding of water networks and related systems.

· Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

· Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.

· Health and safety awareness essential.
