Time for a change? Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Full and Part Time Data Administrator to join Buckinghamshire College Group. The role is based at our Aylesbury and Wycombe Campus.

The overall requirement of the Data Administrator is to facilitate the collection and input of student enrolment data, check details for accuracy and follow up any queries, both internal and external. You will provide administrative support to ensure systems are maintained efficiently and provide excellent customer service to all.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Be computer literate, including proficiency in the use of databases and Excel.
  • An understanding of, and demonstrable commitment to, Safeguarding Children and Young People (Every Child Matters) and Vulnerable Adults
  • Good administration and data input experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle all types of customers (internal and external)
