Data Administrator

Monday to Friday site based 07:30 to 15:30

Direct Table Foods is one of the UK’s leading bacon, gammon and sausage processors. Based in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, we have a rich heritage stretching back more than 50 years and a strong vision for the future.

Direct Table Foods’ master data team is expanding, and we are now searching for a full time Data Administrator.

The role’s remit includes data input, error checking, maintenance of daily production worksheets and product costings analysis. You will work directly for the Reporting Analyst, contributing to the delivery of key operational and business performance indicators.

Who are we searching for?

We’re looking for a strong and confident communicator who will be comfortable liaising daily with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also be an intermediate/advanced level user of MS Excel (Formulas/V Lookups and Pivot tables).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing data using our internal tools (act vs standard)

  • Run KPI’s and performance reports

  • Implementing and maintaining work instructions

  • Analysing and reporting on variances against standards

Skills and experience required:

  • A level or equivalent desired

  • Experience of ERP systems, master data and standards costing desired

  • Experience of costing process would be an advantage

  • Excellent analytical and organisation skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail is vital
