Overview

Data Administrator (Ref: E/DA/B/1025)

Job details:

  • Hours: 16 hours per week
  • Salary: £10,807.68 per annum
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Bangor Sure Start
Key responsibilities

The Data Administrator will be required to carry out the following range of duties that will ensure the smooth daily operational function of the Project:

  • To maintain, monitor and review daily computerised records, including data input and retrieval of information in line with the Sure Start Database
  • To support the Project Coordinator in the collation of information to produce monitoring reports as required by the Childcare Partnership
  • To work with the Project Coordinator to ensure records for Bangor Sure Start are both of a high quality and kept up to date
  • To assist with the evaluation of Sure Start services keeping appropriate records and monitoring service user feedback in line with Sure Start Database
  • To ensure all duties relevant to the Data Administrator role are carried out to a high standard
  • To handle telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner and provide appropriate solutions to service users
  • Effectively deal with emails and process requests as required
Essential Criteria
  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
  • Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics
  • 1 year experience of working in an Administration and / or Data Administration role
