A community-focused healthcare organization in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a DART Lead Nurse to manage the Drug Alcohol Recovery Team. The ideal candidate will support multi-disciplinary efforts and manage innovative treatments for patients. HMP Humber is a Cat C resettlement prison holding male adults. We provide primary care, GP surgery provision alongside access to mental health and substance misuse services. As a DART Lead Nurse, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, whilst being a support and resource to other staff. You will be working as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team, alongside the non-clinical substance misuse team and mental health teams. There are great opportunities for training and development and the opportunity to work with interesting patients and learn new skills. If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.
