Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC, via the DART team at HMP Humber, is seeking an Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a fixed-term maternity cover of approximately 10 months. You will assess patients with substance misuse needs, run nurse-led clinics, administer medications and provide comprehensive care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with an interest in substance misuse.
• Experience in prison healthcare or DART environments is desirable.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake substance misuse assessments.
• Deliver nurse-led clinics and administer medications.
• Provide wound care, triage and emergency response.
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare services.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and policy compliance.
