Dance Specialist (Maternity Cover - Starting immediately)
Inspire, Move, Create - Make a Difference Through Dance!

Are you passionate about using dance to ignite creativity and confidence in young learners? A mainstream Primary School are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Dance Specialist to join a vibrant primary school team on a maternity cover basis, starting immediately.



The Role:

  • Deliver fun and inspiring street and contemporary dance lessons to children from Reception to Year 6.

  • Plan and lead engaging sessions that nurture creativity, expression, and a love for movement.

  • Collaborate with staff to weave dance into the broader school curriculum where appropriate.

  • Create an inclusive, positive environment where every child feels encouraged to shine.



What the School are Looking For:

  • QTS or a recognized dance teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching street and/or contemporary dance across a range of primary age groups.

  • Strong classroom management and the flexibility to support pupils with varying needs and abilities.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's well-being.
