Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes is seeking two Healthy Homes Technicians in Colchester to diagnose and resolve damp, mould and condensation issues in residents' homes. You will perform multi-skilled repairs, uphold safety standards, and record findings while delivering excellent customer service.

The roles are full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, with a company van and tools provided. A full UK driving licence is required and Eastlight offers a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on safe,

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or a multi-skilled trade role.
• Knowledge of damp, mould and condensation treatments.
• Strong commitment to customer service and health and safety.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, report and remedy damp, mould and condensation issues.
• Carry out multi-skilled repairs across core trades (excluding electrical).
• Deliver high-quality repairs with a right first-time approach.
• Accurately record work completed and findings.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and treat residents and their homes with respect.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns where required.
• Work collaboratively to improve services and customer satisfaction.
