A role has come up with a Local Authority as Building Surveyors based in South London for a 6-month contract.

Pay rate: £27.79/hour – umbrella

Closing date: 15/10/2023

Main Objective:

We require a damp & mould surveyor for the inspection of properties and managing works.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect properties to undertake damp and mould surveys.
2. Raise orders via Northgate housing.
3. Oversee works where required.
4. Possess extensive experience at HNC level.
