Job summary

Müller is recruiting for a Production Operative at our Telford (Donnington) site. The role involves operating a high-tech filling line, maintaining hygiene, and following strict safety and quality protocols. The position is full-time with a 4 on/4 off rotating shift pattern (days and nights 7-7) in a food production environment.

Salary is £32,011 per annum with a 5% bonus, life assurance, pension matching up to 4%, and 282 hours of holiday. Müller Rewards discount scheme is also provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage production environments.
• Ability to solve problems and fault-find on complex equipment.
• Strong awareness of hygiene, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate state of the art filling line with emphasis on personal safety and others.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping to achieve GMP scores on your line.
• Complete all paperwork legibly, accurately and audit ready.
