Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Bridgwater is recruiting a Process Operator to join the Process Department at Bridgwater Dairy. The role ensures the smooth running of raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing and related offload areas, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days and 2 nights).

You will perform lab testing, record results and report findings in relation to processing tests. The position offers a full-time contract and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance
• Manufacturing experience – ideally in a food environment
• Production experience – ideally in a food environment
• Lab testing, analysis and reporting of lab results

Responsibilities

• Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork
• Sampling and testing of raw products
• Liaising with the other production departments
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings
• Undertake any other duties as required
• Quality assurance
