Longo’s in Milton Keynes is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Assistant Department Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team and ensure top service in-store.

You will mentor Team Members, maintain product knowledge, manage inventories and contribute to financial objectives while upholding health, safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a dairy/frozen department with product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.

• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
