Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant in Harlow to support pupils across primary, secondary and early years settings. You can choose days you’re available, with flexible, regular work and weekly pay.

1:1 or small-group support helps pupils stay on track while you gain valuable classroom experience. You'll assist teachers with lesson delivery, help manage behaviour and create a calm, positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is ideal but not essential)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support is welcome
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
