Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Chelmsford in primary, secondary and early years settings. You’ll work flexibly, with the choice of days and hours that suit you, while making a real difference in classrooms.

You’ll assist with lesson delivery, 1:1 and small group support, and help maintain calm, structure and positive learning environments across diverse schools. Weekly pay, and ongoing consultant support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal but not essential).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.

Responsibilities
