Job summary

Smile Education is seeking Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible, day-to-day assignments with pre-booked or morning cover opportunities.

Qualified teachers with QTS and an Enhanced DBS are preferred. You will travel to schools in Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Worcester, delivering engaging lessons while upholding safeguarding and school policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong classroom management skills are essential.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to travel to multiple schools.

About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and the surrounding areas, including Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Worcester.

Assignments may be pre-booked or offered on the morning of cover, and can range from single-day placements to short-term cover.
