Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Day-to-Day Supply Teacher based in the Worcestershire area, with assignments across Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Worcester. This flexible, day-to-day role offers varied classroom experience and local opportunities for primary-aged settings.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS, be confident managing diverse class environments, and travel to partner schools as required.

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and the surrounding areas, including Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Worcester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible working arrangements, varied classroom experience, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools.

Assignments may be pre-booked or offered on the morning of cover, and can range from single-day placements to short-term cover.
