Job Description
Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you'll be driving the business strategy in DACH cluster (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) across both existing (World Food) and new launch categories. Your remit is to manage and grow existing in-market distributors and establish new relationships to drive new brands to the DACH retailers. You will be responsible for prioritising opportunities amongst your markets, customers and brands.
Your day-to-day activities will include developing joint annual plans with your distributors, tracking progress against the plan, and ensuring pricing structures are implemented correctly. Responsible for all systems, processes and housekeeping related to your customers, you will contribute to the wider team success with input into the European strategy and execution.
