Spire Leeds Hospital is seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner specialising in Da Vinci Robotics to join the theatre team. The role focuses on scrub assistance, patient safety, and acting as Clinical First Assistant to the surgeon in robotic procedures.

Applicants should be NMC or HCPC registered with substantial theatre experience and excellent communication skills. The hospital offers a supportive environment with opportunities for further training and progression.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with no restrictions (NMC) or HCPC registered ODP with no restrictions.
• Substantial perioperative theatre experience.
• Proven experience with Da Vinci Robotics in scrub role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently when required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient records are signed and completed timely and accurately.
• Perform scrub assistant duties and lead emergency scenarios for Da Vinci robot.
• Maintain effective communication channels and adhere to safety policies.
• Act as Clinical First Assistant to the surgeon as per policy.
• Deliver patient care according to evidence-based standards.
