I am currently recruiting for an end user who's looking for a D365FO Trainer on a Fixed Term Basis (FTC). The role is mainly remote based with 1 week per month on-site. Please see below to view further details:

Job Description

The D365 Trainer for the ERP Implementation will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across the Global organisation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, creating role-based training content, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in D365 F&O modules, adult learning principles, and a passion for enabling user success in a dynamic global environment.

Responsibilities

1. Training Development and Delivery
   Design and develop comprehensive, role-based training programs tailored to D365 F&O modules such as finance, supply chain, and operations.
   Create engaging training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
   Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for end-users, super users, and stakeholders globally.
2. Needs Assessment and Planning
   Work with business analysts, functional leads, and the Change Manager to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
   Develop a detailed training schedule aligned with the ERP implementation timeline.
   Customize training programs to meet regional and functional requirements.
3. End-User Support and Guidance
   Act as a go-to resource for users during and after training sessions, addressing questions and concerns.
   Provide on-the-ground and remote support during key implementation phases, including go-live.
   Collaborate with IT support teams to address system-related user issues and escalate where necessary.
   Partner with the Change Manager and project team to align training programs with overall change management strategies.
   Liaise with regional Change Champions to support localized training delivery and user engagement.
   Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

1. Deep understanding of D365 FO Modules and Process
2. Hands-on Global Training experience
3. Experience working on Transformation Programmes ERP (Preferably D365)
