The Role:

We are seeking a D365CE & Power Platform Pre-Sales Consultant on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include supporting sales by providing expert guidance, technical demonstrations, and tailored solutions for prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and articulate the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform. A deep functional understanding of D365CE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical features into business benefits are essential.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and participate in sales calls and meetings as a subject matter expert.
  • Understand customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Gather requirements, analyze solution options, and design scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET).
  • Create and deliver custom demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Configure D365CE environments for demonstrations, understanding client business processes.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for clients and internal teams.
  • Offer strategic advice on how D365CE & Power Platform can solve business challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Work with sales, consulting, and development teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Present at industry events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
