Columbus UK is seeking a D365 Advanced Warehousing Principal Consultant to lead complex deployments, mentor teams, and drive value for clients across multiple industries. The role demands ownership from scoping through go-live with a focus on solution design and advisory excellence.

You will work remotely with travel to client sites and Columbus offices, embracing our hybrid model, and contributing to a collaborativeDynamics team environment that values growth and partnership.

Qualifications

• End-to-end D365 Advanced Warehousing modules delivery in a partner environment.
• Experience within Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing & Logistics or Life Science industries.
• 7–10 years delivering ERP projects with referenceable customers.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Leads and guides a team, serving as primary contact beyond core area.

Responsibilities

• Own complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects from scoping to go-live.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to best practices and internal coaching.
• Influence design and architecture, ensuring delivery meets high standards.
• Support internal growth and cross-industry collaboration.
• Provide guidance to clients to optimise operations and realise value.
