Job summary

Columbus UK is seeking a D365 Advanced Warehousing Principal Consultant. You will own complex warehousing projects, mentor teams, and guide solutions from concept to go-live. Travel to client sites and Columbus offices will be required, with home-based work when possible.

You’ll work with manufacturing, retail, warehousing and logistics clients, building trusted advisor relationships with C‑level stakeholders while expanding your leadership and solution design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules end-to-end in a partner environment.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing & Logistics or Life Science industries.
• 7–10 years of ERP project delivery with a referenceable customer outcome.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C‑level stakeholders as Trusted Advisor.
• Experience leading and guiding a team and owning client relationships beyond a core area.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
• Curious and proactive about challenging the status quo and improving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Advanced Warehousing projects and mentor the team.
• Influence design, architecture, and solution delivery to meet high standards.
• Coach consultants and contribute to best practices within Columbus Dynamics team.
