  • Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line support to ensure systems run reliably and issues are swiftly resolved.
  • Maintain accurate, clean data and optimise Canvas Apps for end users.
  • Lead testing and deployment of new features, ensuring they meet user requirements through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing.
  • Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other tools to create seamless workflows.
  • Design custom workflows that improve efficiency and reflect the charity’s business processes.
  • Produce and maintain clear, accessible documentation to support users and the IT team.
  • Assist the wider IT team with SharePoint design and managing user access.
  • Apply your problem-solving skills and creativity to tackle new challenges and continuously improve our systems.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 and developing with Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Comfortable working within Agile project environments and adept at diagnosing and resolving complex D365 issues.
  • Bonus: Experience with Business Central, MS Access, VBA, C#, or .NET development.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • A genuine commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, reflecting the values of our charity
