Job Title: D365 Senior Production Business Consultant

Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required

Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

Bonus: Yes

Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)

Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites - expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant, you’ll manage complex D365 Production projects, provide clarity to clients, mentor team members, and guide solutions from conception to go-live. You will lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure high standards of delivery. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping optimize their finance operations and realize long-term value.

You will also contribute internally by coaching consultants, sharing best practices, and supporting our growth. You'll work across industries, collaborate with talented colleagues, and have opportunities to shape your career, whether in thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.

Travel and Hybrid Working: We offer flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work from home or from our offices across the UK. Travel to client sites is expected, with planning in advance. We encourage at least monthly office visits for customer-facing roles but support regular remote work if preferred.

About You (The Essentials):

• Experience implementing D365 Production modules in customer or partner environments
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing, or Life Science industries
• Proven ability to deliver complex ERP projects with referenceable clients
• Ability to build effective relationships with C-Level stakeholders and act as a Trusted Advisor
• Leadership experience, guiding teams and engaging with customers beyond functional areas
• Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Curiosity, challenge-driven mindset, and commitment to personal development
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external colleagues
