D365 SCM Support Analyst – Support, associate, support analyst, support consultant, junior functional consultant, D365, SCM, D365SCM, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, ERP, Supply Chain Management, Production, Manufacturing – UK – Remote - £35k-45k

Our end user client is looking for a D365 SCM Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support. Candidates should have experience supporting the Supply Chain Management modules of D365 F&O, or Trade & Logistics, or Production in Dynamics AX2012.

The role is primarily remote.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd line support for D365 SCM software
• Monitor ERP batch queues for errors
• Manage user access and security
• Train end users on Dynamics AX & D365
• Maintain high customer service standards and adhere to SLAs
• Own support cases, troubleshoot, resolve faults, escalate as needed
• Communicate progress to customers
• Log incidents and requests in the Service Desk and Azure DevOps
• Coordinate with external support when necessary
• Support remote customer issues
• Create and update support documentation and knowledge base

Location: UK (Hybrid)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
