Job Description:

Our global end user client is seeking a D365 SCM Consultant to support a worldwide rollout of D365 F&SCM. The role involves supporting users across Europe during and after the implementation. Candidates with experience supporting Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 FO at 2nd or 3rd line are preferred.

This position requires extensive travel across Europe, up to 50%. The role is outside IR35 and is expected to last over 6 months, with an immediate start preferred.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous
• Experience with multi-country or global projects is preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer and vendor relationship management skills
• Adaptability and openness to challenges

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing technical and business process support for ERP implementation
• Supporting the deployment of solutions and enhancements into production
• Participating in testing and validation activities
• Resolving operational incidents
• Collaborating with users and business partners to resolve issues and develop solutions
• Advising on process improvements
• Supporting process adoption through training materials
• Ensuring swift resolution of P1 and P2 issues
