Our global end user client is looking for a D365 SCM Consultant to assist with a global rollout of D365 F&SCM. You will join a busy implementation team and support users across various locations in Europe, especially post go-live. Experience supporting Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level is preferred.

This role requires extensive travel across Europe with the implementation team. The successful candidate should be open to travel up to 50%. The role is immediate, outside IR35, and expected to last more than 6 months.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience working on multi-country/global projects is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer/vendor relationship management skills
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace challenges

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and business process support for new ERP implementation
• Assist in delivering new solutions and enhancements into production
• Participate in testing and validation processes
• Resolve operational incidents promptly
• Work with users and business partners to manage issues and develop solutions
• Advise on process execution
• Support process adoption through training materials
• Ensure swift resolution of P1 and P2 issues
