A global end user client is seeking a D365 SCM Consultant for a rapid rollout of D365 F&SCM across Europe. Qualifications

• Experience supporting Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO at 2nd or 3rd line level preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Contract: Outside IR35, more than 6 months, immediate start

Daily Rate: £600-650

Our global end user client is seeking a D365 SCM Consultant to assist with a worldwide rollout of D365 F&SCM. You will join a busy implementation team, supporting users across Europe with post-go-live needs. Experience supporting Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO solutions at 2nd or 3rd line level is preferred.

This role involves extensive travel across Europe, up to 50%. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with multi-country/global projects
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer/vendor relationship skills
• Adaptability and openness to challenges

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical and business process support for ERP implementation
• Assist in delivering solutions and enhancements to production
• Participate in testing and validation
• Resolve operational incidents
• Collaborate with users and business partners to manage issues and develop solutions
• Advise on process execution
• Support process adoption through training materials
• Ensure swift resolution of P1 and P2 issues
