Job Description:

D365 SCM Business Analyst – SCM, FSCM, Supply Chain, Business Analyst, BA, Lean 6 Sigma, Process Improvement, Business Analyst, Agile, ERP, D365, Dynamics 365 – UK Remote - £400-425pd (outside IR35)

Our end user client is looking for a D365 SCM Business Analyst to join them for an initial 12 month contract. They are looking for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and support of all D365 SCM modules.

The role can be completed on a remote basis in the UK but occasional European travel required in the first few months of the project. Candidates must be based and able to work freely in the UK without requiring sponsorship.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with D365 SCM.
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in D365 SCM configuration and customisation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design and document functional specifications for D365 SCM solutions.
• Configure and customise D365 SCM modules to meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for D365 SCM issues.
• Train end-users and create user documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 SCM features and best practices.

Location: UK

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
