Role: D365/Power Platform Technical Lead

Locations: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne, Edinburgh, Belfast, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
• Plan, design, estimate, develop, and implement Power Platform and/or D365 solutions based on established patterns and best practices, collaborating with development teams and directly with customers.
• Lead technical development teams across different customer accounts, take ownership of deliverables, and ensure the technical quality of the team’s output, implementing best practice development standards.
• Liaise directly with customers to gather and refine requirements.
• Drive adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Deliver various projects utilizing the core solutions within the Power Platform, including model-driven, canvas, and power pages applications.

Qualifications

Essential:

• 5+ years project experience developing solutions with D365 CE, Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Deep understanding of Non-Functional Requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 applications (Sales & Customer Service).
• 5+ years server-side development experience, preferably with C#/.Net/.Net Core.
• 5+ years front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Liquid Template.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior members.
• Experience building REST APIs (preferred).
• Experience with data stores like SQL, SharePoint, or Lists.
• Experience with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with ALM strategies for Power Platform.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD and backlog management.
• Experience integrating PowerApps with APIs or third-party solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Forms, Teams.
• Power Platform Certifications (PL-200, PL-400).
• D365 Certifications (MB-210, MB-230).
• Eligibility for SC clearance.

Desirable:

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools.
• Experience delivering solutions using the Success by Design framework.
• Additional Power Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-600).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience deploying Power BI solutions.
• Experience developing Microsoft Teams Apps.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Accessibility-focused application development experience.
