Job Description:

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with extensive experience in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, proven end-to-end implementation experience, and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365F&O processes, procedures, and integration with other Microsoft products. This role involves client interaction, leading onshore and offshore teams, presales activities, proposal development, and mentoring junior staff. It is a key position within KPMG's Microsoft Business Solutions practice, offering a dynamic opportunity within a globally established firm.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting functional requirements; conducting gap/fit analysis
• Leading module workstreams through all project phases
• Designing solutions for D365 modules (SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR) and reviewing documentation
• Resolving complex problems creatively
• Delivering end-user training and on-site support during delivery and go-live
• Managing scope and change control processes
• Engaging in upselling and understanding additional capabilities
• Staying informed on D365FO product roadmaps and future releases
• Responding to RFPs, RFQs, and supporting pre-sales activities
• Contributing to practice development and team growth
• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Promoting company values and representing KPMG professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience with D365F&O or AX2012, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations
• Strong consulting and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-Suite audiences
• Hands-on experience with D365 modules such as SCM, Finance, Commerce, HR
• Understanding of sub-modules, interfacing, and integration capabilities
• Practical experience with LCS and Azure DevOps is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office; Visio and Power Platform knowledge preferred
• Experience with BI and responding to RFPs/RFQs
• Mentoring experience with junior consultants
