D365 Integration Developer (F&SCM)

*Must be willing to undergo SC Clearance or hold active SC*

Start: August
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: 3+ days on site in Lincoln
Pay: negotiable, inside IR35


We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 F&SCM Integration Developer to support our growing portfolio of projects.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of world-class integrations (inbound and outbound) for Dynamics 365 F&SCM, working alongside client architects, technical users, and global teams. You’ll take ownership of integration architecture, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onshore/offshore development teams and own integration deliverables
- Design, develop and document technical integrations using X++, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, and T-SQL
- Collaborate with clients in technical workshops and project reviews
- Ensure best practices in development, deployment and solution design
- Support presales and contribute to technical architecture documentation

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&SCM and X++
- Proficient in Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and T-SQL
- Familiar with LCS, DevOps, GIT/TFVC and release pipelines
- At least 3 full lifecycle D365 F&SCM or AX implementations
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Able to work independently and lead small teams

Desirable:
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Service Bus, Synapse Link, and Log Analytics
- Experience in solution architecture and data migration planning
