Job summary

Talent Smart Limited is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support a major ERP transformation for a leading entertainment and leisure organisation.

You will lead business process design, workshops, solution configuration and functional delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience.
• Delivery across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong configuration across Finance and/or SCM modules.
• Experience producing functional designs and testing artefacts.
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of D365 integrations and data migration.

D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support a major ERP transformation for a leading entertainment and leisure organisation.

You will lead business process design, workshops, solution configuration and functional delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design workshops.
• Configure D365 F&O across Finance, Supply Chain Management and Project Operations.
• Produce functional design documents, process documentation and testing artefacts.
• Conduct gap-fit analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support UAT, data migration validation, cutover and go-live activities.
• Work closely with technical architects, developers and integration teams.

Essential Experience

• 5+ years' hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience.
• Proven delivery across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong configuration experience across Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Experience producing functional designs, managing testing and supporting deployment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of D365 integrations, data migration and master data management.
• Ability to independently own a functional workstream within a wider delivery team.

Desirable

• Experience with Project Operations, Treasury, Procurement, AP Automation or Expense Management.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Integration Services and enterprise integrations.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
