D365 F&O Functional Consultant
By combining technical expertise, business process understanding, and excellent communication, you will contribute to the success of Scania's D365 transformation.
This role involves close collaboration with both business users and squad members to deliver smooth implementations in accordance with Scania's D365 Blueprint.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate efficiently with your squad and Implementation Manager to deliver a successful implementation of Scania's D365 Blueprint.
- Configure D365 modules according to the agreed project scope.
- Manage integrations, utilising reusable components.
- Document market-specific configurations.
- Communicate effectively with business users.
- Prepare and facilitate user testing.
- Contribute to the cutover plan preparation and execution for a smooth transition.
- Train key business users following a train-the-trainer approach.
- Perform data migration activities and support data preparation and validation.
- Provide knowledge transfer and onboard new team members.
- Ensure all market-specific configurations are aligned with the relevant Product Owner and documented properly.

Experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle D365 implementation projects within relevant modules.

Finance:
- Procure to Pay (Accounts payable & Procurement)
- Acquire to Dispose (Fixed assets)
- Record to Report (General Ledger)
- Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable)
Parts/Supply Chain:
- Procurement and Sourcing
- Sales and Marketing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Warehouse Management – both advanced and virtual (basic)
- Product Information Management
- Data Management – exporting and importing data with DMF in D365
- Intercompany processes
Procurement:
- Accounts payable
- Procurement & Sourcing
Additional:
Experience with ISVs such as SignUp's Exflow, SK Global's Treasury Automation Suite, or Comarch Microsoft localizations to ensure compliance with regional regulations is a plus.
