MS Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect with extensive experience across all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 F&O projects. The role requires a hands-on approach, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, strong understanding of primary processes and procedures, and practical knowledge of interfacing and integration with Dynamics products. A history of consultancy experience is essential, as this role involves client interaction, managing onshore consultants, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams. The role also includes presales activities focused on Dynamics F&O functionality and the wider Microsoft platform, as well as contribution to proposals and business development, while leading and mentoring junior staff.

This position is central to KPMG's delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, offering an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing business area of a global Big 4 firm.

Responsibilities:

Requirements: Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamics 365
  • Experience with large-scale ERP implementations
  • Expertise in out-of-the-box and custom solutions in Dynamics 365
  • Strong consulting background and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead engagements and communicate with C-suite stakeholders
  • Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 technical capabilities, with certifications preferred
  • Deep knowledge of core finance concepts (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
  • Beneficial skills in Manufacturing, HR, Project Management, Procurement, or Logistics
  • Experience working with offshore teams and Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Visio is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and BI is advantageous
  • Experience in business process mapping and analysis
