MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Supply Chain Management Consultant

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant experienced in all phases of large-scale enterprise projects.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, and a strong understanding of SCM processes, interfacing, and integration with Dynamics products. This role involves continuous client interaction, leading onshore consultants, collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams, and engaging in presales activities related to Dynamics F&O and the broader Microsoft platform. The candidate will also contribute to proposals, business development, and mentor junior staff.

This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions at KPMG. It offers a dynamic opportunity within a growing business area of a global firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SCM workstream through all project phases
  • Gather and document functional requirements, perform gap/fit analysis
  • Design solutions for SCM/logistics, review/create documentation
  • Resolve complex problems creatively
  • Deliver end-user training
  • Support during delivery and go-live phases
  • Manage scope and change control processes
  • Identify upselling opportunities and understand additional capabilities

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience with D365F&O or AX2012, with at least 3 full implementations
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead meetings and workshops, confidently present to C-Suite
  • Hands-on experience with modules: Inventory Management, Master Planning, Procurement, Product Information Management, Production Control, Sales & Marketing
  • Understanding of procurement, sales, inventory, production, and accounting processes
  • Experience with interfacing and integration
  • Microsoft Dynamics certification in Trade and Logistics preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Visio is a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) is advantageous
  • Experience responding to RFPs/RFQs and mentoring junior consultants
