MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Supply Chain Management Consultant
The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with extensive experience in all project phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, proven end-to-end implementation experience, and a strong understanding of SCM processes, procedures, and integration with Dynamics products. This role involves continuous client interaction, leading onshore consultants, collaborating with both onshore and offshore development teams, and engaging in presales activities related to Dynamics F&O and the broader Microsoft platform. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to proposals, support business development, and mentor junior staff.
This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions at KPMG. It offers a dynamic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business area within a reputable global firm.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the Supply Chain Management workstream through all project phases
- Gathering and documenting functional requirements, conducting gap/fit analysis
- Designing solutions for the supply chain/logistics workstream, making design decisions, and creating solution documentation
- Resolving complex problems with innovative solutions
- Delivering end-user training to clients and colleagues
- Providing on-site support during delivery and go-live phases
- Managing scope and change control processes
- Upselling and understanding additional company capabilities
- Staying informed about product roadmap and future D365FO releases in supply chain
- Responding to RFPs and RFQs, and supporting pre-sales activities
- Contributing to SCM capabilities development within D365 F&O
- Participating in practice development activities and training
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Promoting company values
- Managing junior team members' performance
- Completing internal processes and mandatory training timely
- Performing additional duties as assigned
- Representing KPMG MBS professionally
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with D365F&O or AX2012, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations; strong consulting and presentation skills
- Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and present confidently to C-Suite executives
- Hands-on experience with modules such as Inventory Management, Master Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Product Information Management, Production Control, Sales, and Marketing
- Understanding of procurement, sales, inventory, and production processes, including accounting
- Knowledge of production and master planning, transportation, and warehousing is desirable
- Experience with interfacing and integration of D365F&O
- Microsoft Dynamics certification in Trade and Logistics (current version preferred)
- Strong MS Office skills; Visio is a plus
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is advantageous
- Proven experience responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Mentoring experience with junior consultants
