MS Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Supply Chain Management Consultant

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Finance Consultant experienced in all phases of large-scale enterprise projects.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, proven experience in end-to-end implementations, and a strong understanding of SCM processes, interfacing, and integration with Dynamics products. The role involves client interaction, leading onshore and offshore teams, presales activities, proposal development, and mentoring junior staff.

This position is crucial for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions at KPMG, offering a dynamic opportunity within a leading global firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Supply Chain Management workstream through all project phases
  • Gather and document functional requirements; perform gap/fit analysis
  • Design and review solutions for SCM/logistics workstream
  • Resolve complex problems creatively
  • Deliver end-user training and support during delivery and go-live
  • Manage scope and change control processes
  • Identify upselling opportunities and understand additional capabilities
  • Stay informed on product roadmap and future releases
  • Assist with RFPs, RFQs, and pre-sales activities
  • Contribute to SCM capabilities development and practice growth
  • Lead and mentor team members
  • Promote company values and ensure timely completion of internal processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and represent KPMG professionally

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with D365 F&O or AX2012, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations
  • Strong consulting, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Hands-on experience with modules like Inventory Management, Master Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, PIM, Production, Sales & Marketing
  • Understanding of procurement, sales, inventory, and production processes
  • Experience with interfacing and integration of D365 F&O
  • Microsoft Dynamics certification in Trade and Logistics preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Visio is a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and responding to RFPs/RFQs
  • Mentoring experience with junior consultants
