Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a D365 F&SCM Technical Architect for a 12-month contract in retail. Job description

Role: D365 F&SCM Technical Architect

Location: West London

Sector: Retail

Contract length: 12 months

Day rate: £550 - £675 a day, outside IR35

A client of mine in the retail sector is seeking a D365 F&SCM Technical Architect to support their global D365 F&O rollout.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multiple D365 F&O rollouts, focusing on supply chain management and retail modules.

The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and the wider D365 team to design, build, and implement technical solutions within the D365 ecosystem, aligning with business needs and best practices.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, outside IR35. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at their West London site 3 days a week.

Skills & Responsibilities:
  1. Minimum of 5 full D365 rollouts, preferably with end-user engagement.
  2. Experience with SCM modules including asset management, warehouse management, production control, and retail headquarters management.
  3. Knowledge of D365 Commerce modules such as digital commerce, B2B & B2C e-commerce, store management, and inventory movement between in-store locations via POS.
  4. Proven ability to develop and document technical designs for D365 implementations that are fit-for-purpose and meet business requirements.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, developers, and clients throughout the D365 implementation lifecycle.
