D365 F&SCM Support Consultant

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Type: End User

A client of mine, an end-user organization, is looking for a D365 F&SCM Support Consultant to join their team. They have a small in-house support team and are expanding due to the acquisition of a new business.

Your role will focus on master planning, resolving functional issues, optimizing planning configurations, and collaborating with users to enhance supply chain performance. You will also be involved in training, documentation, and system enhancements.

Ideal Profile:

1. 2+ years’ experience with D365 F&O
2. Strong knowledge of Master Planning, including coverage groups, forecasting, safety stock, and lead times
3. Confidence in working with static and dynamic plans, and interpreting planned orders across procurement, production, and transfers
4. Experience with Planning Optimization and fine-tuning planning parameters to meet business needs
5. Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
6. Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and end users to improve planning efficiency and reduce supply chain risks
