D365 F&SCM Support Consultant

Fully Remote

A client of mine, an end-user, is looking for a D365 F&SCM Support Consultant to join their team. They have a small in-house support team and are now expanding due to a new business acquisition.

You will focus on master planning, resolving functional issues, optimizing planning configurations, and collaborating with users to improve supply chain performance. Responsibilities also include training, documentation, and system enhancements.

Ideal Profile:

• 2+ years’ experience with D365 F&O
• Strong knowledge of Master Planning, including coverage groups, forecasting, safety stock, and lead times
• Experience working with static and dynamic plans and interpreting planned orders across procurement, production, and transfers
• Experience with Planning Optimization and tuning planning parameters to meet business needs
• Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and end users to enhance planning efficiency and reduce supply chain risks
