Job summary

A leading player in the retail sector is looking for a D365 F&SCM Business Analyst for a 12-month hybrid contract in West London. The successful candidate will lead D365 implementations to optimize business processes, particularly in supply chain management, while working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 full D365 F&O roll-outs, preferably with end users.
  • Experience with SCM Modules: asset management, warehouse management, production control, retail headquarters management.
  • Knowledge of D365 Commerce modules including digital commerce, B2B & B2C e-commerce.

Job description

Role: D365 F&SCM Business Analyst
Location: West London
Sector: Retail
Contract length: 12 months
Day rate: £450 - £550 a day, outside IR35 A client of mine in the retail space is looking for a D365 F&SCM Business Analyst to help support their global roll-out of D365 F&O.
The ideal candidate will have worked on multiple D365 F&O roll-outs previously, with particular focus on the supply chain management and retail modules.

Their role will be to acts as a bridge between business needs and the D365 platform, ensuring solutions align with organisational objectives. They will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions using D365 functionalities to improve efficiency and productivity of the business.

This is a 12 month contract with a likely extension. It is outside IR35 and is a hybrid role, with expectation to be in their W.London office 3 days a week.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 full D365 roll-outs, ideally working with end users.
  • Worked with SCM Modules including; asset management, warehouse management, production control & retail headquarter management.
  • Knowledge of D365 Commerce modules including; digital commerce, B2B & B2C e-commerce, stores management & Inventory movement between in-store locations from POS
  • Experience managing the Business Analyst function of the D365 project such as data analysis & process modeling.
  • Ability to configure and customise Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
