Akkodis is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Support Analyst to join its technology team in Manchester on-site. The role offers £45,000 - £50,000 and the chance to own the ERP platform by providing D365 F&O 1st/2nd line support to business users.

You will resolve ERP issues, work with stakeholders and external partners on upgrades and improvements, and help enhance system reliability across manufacturing, supply chain and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and supporting business users.
• Understanding of operational processes in manufacturing, supply chain or distribution.
• Exposure to system administration, configuration, upgrades or implementation activities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a desire to develop technical knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for D365 Finance & Operations.
• Investigate and resolve ERP system issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Support users across functions to maximise ERP benefits.
• Assist with system administration, permissions, configuration and maintenance.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployments and improvement projects.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.
