Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a D365 F&O Software Engineering Manager for a 6-month hybrid role in Windsor. You will lead the engineering team responsible for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, overseeing development, integration, delivery, and support with hands-on technical oversight and people management.

Responsibilities include setting engineering standards, delivering D365 F&O projects, and managing integrations with Azure, APIs, Power Platform, Dataverse, AWS and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor solution architects, developers, technical consultants and integration engineers. Set the engineering standards, coding practices and quality controls.
• Own technical delivery of D365 F&O projects and enhancements, review architectures and designs, manage risks and delivery schedules.
• Oversee development, Extensions and Electronic Reporting; manage integrations with Azure services, APIs, Power Platform, Dataverse and third-party systems.
• Drive ALM practices, manage Azure DevOps repos and pipelines, implement CI/CD and automated testing, govern environment strategy.
• Engage with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Operations and Business Transformation teams; translate requirements into technical roadmaps, manage vendors and partners.

What the role is

This is a technical leadership role for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You'd run the engineering team and own the development, integration, delivery and support of the D365 F&O platform. It combines hands-on technical oversight with people management and governance of delivery.
