Qualifications

• Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional/technical role.
• Experience configuring D365 F&O or supporting configuration changes.
• Understanding of business processes and translating user requirements into system improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to technical/business users.
• Experience supporting testing or implementing system changes.
• Understanding how D365 connects with other business systems.
• Familiarity with X++ and extensions or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvements.
• Configure D365 F&O, leveraging standard functionality where possible.
• Investigate functional/technical issues, collaborating with colleagues and partners to resolve them.
• Support system changes through testing, UAT, implementation and ongoing support.
• Assist with integrations and extensions where configuration alone is insufficient.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, configuration and solutions.
