We are seeking a skilled Change Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to support a major transformation programme. This is a 6-month contract offering hybrid working (2 days per week on-site in London).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the change management strategy for a D365 F&O implementation
Develop and deliver change plans, communications, and training to support user adoption
Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption
Identify and manage change risks and resistance
Collaborate closely with project, IT, and functional leads
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Change Manager on D365 F&O (or similar ERP) programmes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple change streams in a complex environment
