Job Title: D365 F&O Business Analyst (Operations and Logistics)
Location: London (3 days a week on site)
Sector: Retail / Commerce
Contract Length: 6 month minimum
Rate: £400 - £450 a day outside IR35

Role Overview:We are seeking a contractD365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analystwith strong expertise inoperations and logisticsto support a leadingretail end-userthrough a key phase of their ERP transformation. This role will focus on optimising supply chain, warehousing, and logistics processes using D365 F&O, ensuring seamless integration with retail operations and customer fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for operations and logistics-related D365 F&O functionality.
  • Lead workshops to gather and document requirements across supply chain, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Configure and support D365 F&O modules including:
    • Warehouse Management (WMS)
    • Inventory Management
    • Transportation Management
    • Sales and Distribution
    • Master Planning
    • Demand Forecasting
  • Analyse and improve operational processes such as order fulfilment, stock replenishment, and returns management.
  • Support solution design, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across logistics and retail operations.
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst onMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&Oprojects.
  • Strong understanding ofretail logistics,warehouse operations, andsupply chain execution.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant D365 F&O SCM modules.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
