D365 F&O BI Developer - Dynamics 365 F&O, D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, D365 Finance & Operations, BI Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, ETL, SQL, BI, Business Intelligence, SSRS, PowerBI, Data Lake, Dataverse – London & Remote - £45-55k plus benefits

Our client, a large end user organisation, is looking for a D365 F&O BI Developer to play a key role in their reporting and analytics in D365 F&O.

The role involves 3 days per week on-site in South London; candidates must be willing to work on that basis.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer information systems or related field or extensive applicable experience (master's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Project Operations
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with enterprise data warehouse / BI projects
  • Experience with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
  • Extensive SQL experience
  • Experience with Data Verse
  • Data Lake experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting custom analytics and reporting solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements, design dashboards, and generate insights for business decisions.
  • Designing and executing ETL processes using SQL for data integration and reporting.
  • Procuring resources in Azure Portal to support data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Leveraging Azure Synapse Serverless for scalable data analytics.
  • Working with Data Lake, Lake House, and Delta Lake technologies for large data sets.
  • Utilizing Data Verse to manage and integrate data within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Creating interactive Power BI reports and paginated reports using Paginated Report Builder.
  • Supporting data consolidation from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Assisting in data migration projects, ensuring data integrity during transfers.

Location: London & Remote
