Job summary

Korn Ferry in City of London is seeking two D365 Developers with hands-on CI-J experience to join the team on a hybrid basis. You will configure and develop in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys to enable scalable customer engagement.

You will design Power Automate flows, integrate with other Microsoft tools, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Microsoft standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and developing within Dynamics 365 Sales.

• Strong proficiency in Power Automate workflows and automation processes.

Location: Hybrid, City of London 2-3 days per week

Our client (global financial services) is looking for 2 x D365 Developers (hands on experience with CI-J) to join their team based out of London. This role will involve hands-on configuration and solution development in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights - Journeys modules to enable scalable and impactful customer engagement capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, implement flows and automations using Power Automate, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise platforms to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
